electricity problems

i am feeling stressed now... Cos i have an electricity problem in my room. Le technicien says it's my laptop that is causing the electricity to keep tripping. but then i bought extension cords le and now i am using the 2 sockets that are separated (on another switch on the circuit board) and which doesnt trip when the rest trips. BUT THEN, the other sockets' power still keeps tripping! then no. 1 thing is 1) paiseh cause my roommate to also not have electricity from his sockets too.. 2) le technicien wun come to solve it anymore cos it's my fault. and the office wun give me any more fuse (she gave me 2 fuses today and says she wun give me again). so i have to protect these 2 fuses as much as possible. Sigh, 我也不想这样嘛. then also cannot find the power cable that one side is 3 pronged (cos to the power adapter of the laptop, it's 3 pronged) then the other side has to be 2 round-pin cos in france/europe, they use the 2 round-pin plug, like some apliances in s'pore.

怎么办? 这种琐碎的小事也要让我头痛...哎.. 烦啊!!!
